Some people just arent naturally good giving interviews in front of camera or just needs a few more to get his confidence up

Poor Gibbs. He's terrible at interviews. It always seems like he gets extremely nervous and might have a break down at any moment during the interview.

That interview must have been with Sky or something, because he's normally quite good to listen to in the Arsenal TV stuff. Like in the one with Chamberlain above. Can imagine it'd be daunting for the first time or two.

Interesting, number 60 is by far the best pass in that list. Almost all the others just demonstrate that you don't need to be a genius (although it helps!) to set up chances if the movement around you is at a very high level.

Ox is fluent at cliched garbage. He doesn't have anything interesting to say. "Yeah, erm, I just like running at people and playing my natural game and I'll just see what I can do and try to help the team and create loads of chances and score loads of goals..."

I thought Van Persie was the only one worth listening to last year. He actually had something non-generic and interesting to say.

RvP is full of shit. He knows how to play people though.

Yes, yes, he's evil because he broke our little hearts...but in terms of analysing his (or the team's) performance and assessing things generally, he seems to be quite on the ball. Our British lads appear really stupid in that sense but, of course, all that matters is that they're quick on the pitch.

No, he didn't really break my heart at all. I was never that attached to him, I felt more sorry for those who really were. I think he's full of shit because he very consciously went out of his way to play on the emotions of people and play himself up as something he wasn't. He didn't have to talk or write about the club in the way that he did as though he understood what it's like to be a fan. He could have done a very professional job without that.

And in terms of assessing the teams performance I don't think any player really does that well in those interviews. RvP gave a lot of praise to Theo, which was nice of him. But other than that, there wasn't that much in it.
