If you want to curse out loud, listen to yesterday's "606 Football Phone In". My boy Robbie Savage goes on about how Song would never make the Spurs midfield and that he's not world class. It was kinda funny. Says they're miles better.
When we're healthy, with Arteta, Song and Wilshere, I suspect that only City will say they have a better first 3. I do think the Spurs 3 are good, and Parker is suited to the game that Spurs are playing, but Song is the better player.
Still can't believe the credit Parker gets. He's a carthorse, and is fucking terrible anywhere near the final third. Only in England would he be seen as superior to Song, who is 7 years younger, does everything Parker does, and has provided 5 assists
I see a lot of Iniesta in Wilshere. He's not a dictator of the tempo, he's the aggressive type that cuts through midfield and puts his team on the front foot.
