Can't blame him, we learned Willock has no future here yesterday so the two have more than just a W in common.

Can't believe we have 4 goalkeepers at the club better than him now.

Willock looks highly talented and is barely an infant, very surprising that they already know he's got no future here. Bet Clrnc misheard and they actually said pillock in reference to Welbeck.
Most likely they meant that he has no future in the first team this season.
Definitely, think "no future here" was possibly Clrnc paraphrasing it.
Feel like we're about to smash it!
Classy shit.
Good video.
Just start the season already!
We don't need a new striker.
This compilation gave me as much of a tingle down low as any of the videos of the more popular players in the squad. I really can't fathom how people fail to see how excellent Coquelin is as a central (defensive) midfielder, and what he brings to our side in terms of aggression, hustle/energy, and personality.
In particular, I dislike the "he was only good for a few months" stick that Klaus is now using to beat him. Well, he has earned his place in the first team over that period, let him continue to show what he can do. Who's to say he can't improve? If some can harbor hopes of improvement for Welbeck, Theo and Gibbs, why not someone who has already come on in leaps and bounds since he was re-introduced to the team.
This kid is far from the limited, one dimensional cat people are trying to portray him as.
I believe in him.

I'm not beating him with anything. I was the only person around here who still thought he was a good player when we were shipping him out to Championship sides.
It's a fact that he has not performed over a longer period of time though. There are valid concerns over whether he can do it throughout a season, and his game introduces another set of problems to deal with in the current squad. Even if we accept that he's the plan A for next season we need to sign someone who can rival him for a spot in the starting eleven. Wenger is fucking up again by doing nothing.
Arteta can do a job if and when he must.
At Chelsea, the man everyone seems to think is the prototype Defensive midfielder, Matic, has no real rival.
Plus, everyone seems to forget that he was sold by Chelsea when they thought he wasn't good enough at one time in his career...
I'm more than happy with Coq being plan A, I think he's been brilliant. He shouldn't be short of motivation either.
Arteta next to Ramsey might be ok, Mikel next to Santi scares the crap out of me. Hopefully being a squad player will ease his injuries. Hope Wenger plays Chambers in there rather than waste minutes humouring Flamini that he's still a footballer.
We still need someone here ideally to cut out the question marks but I don't think it would be a crisis. The talk of us signing a centre mid seems to have evaporated in recent weeks.

Don't get the lovefest for Matic to be honest - good player no doubt but far from the best DM in the world as everyone seems to suggest, he's tall and has the face of a war criminal so everyone just assumes he's a great midfield general.
Totally agree Jones. Thought I was the only one who saw him as overrated.
He is excellent on the ball too, reads the game very well, his positioning is sound, his decision making is very good, he is strong in the tackle, and he times his tackles well. He is a very good player IMO.
In anticipation of Benzema.

Of course he's good but many make it out like he's the best DM in the world.
And yet many others make it seem like he can't manouver his way out of a paper bag. I think the truth Lies somewhere in the middle. He may not be Pirlo or Busquets but he does a pretty good job at moving the ball along quickly and with pace so the forward players can start the attack much earlier than we're used to in the past. His quick winning of the ball high up is also very important to the way I want to see us play. It gives the likes of Ozil and co much more license to roam the forward lines without being blocked by a wall of defenders all the time.
I'm glad the old school Cesc/Arteta possession based slowing down the tempo of the game and pinning the opposition back resulting in giving them more than enough time to camp in their box is thankfully, hopefully, over. I much prefer this quick attacking and defending in quick bursts that we seem to be moving towards ever since the turn of the year, and Coq is pretty important in that. All those who want a different type of player are well within their rights to want to do so but it takes nothing away from the technical side of Coquelin's game, which is much better than people give him credit for.

That's because before Coquelin came into prominent he was heads and shoulders above the next best in the PL. And we all know what pundits love to do when talking about PL players, overrate them in comparison with the world best.

Good point.
Jenko's lost the plot apparently
Jenko was bantered off there
I could watch Ox's Youtube videos all day.
This is why we need Jenko to come back. We cant deny ourselves years of banter.
Best. Thing. Ever.
That was great. The players looked like they were genuinely having fun. Cech has really settled seamlessly.
Some of the initial bits looked stage. I wonder if so many people can photobomb them without noticing. But, the bits where they saw the players were wonderful! I think, the first portion was video-taped afterwards.
Loved how at 2.48 that little boy got so excited when he saw Coquelin. Didn't give a shit about Giroud and Debuchy standing next to him.
Kos with the Wenger doll was my fave. Guys look like they have fun together, and Cech seems to have integrated really well with the group. The hug with Per at the final whistle the other day was also great to see.
What a nice video. We seem to have a really good thing going, honestly. I love our current team spirit and the cliques within it.
'unseen' skills from Henry. So much sweg.
Is Gunnersaurus training with the first team?
No wonder the results are so shit.
That's Giroud.
That's Giroud.
Actually THIS is Giroud.
.
That's some genuinely top drawer goals in there. Such an odd player.
That's Giroud.
