I can't help being happy about the stupid Scousers getting a reality check. A mediocre club, worse than that even, with very few good players.

I'm actually quite excited about us (potentially) getting Suarez. When I think '£40m' I think of a match winning, awe inspiring phenomenon, but with the prices this summer maybe I need to get with the show and except Suarez is a very good player that will make us better. He's much better than what we already have that's for sure. And, again, I couldn't care less about all the other stuff.

Get him in and get some more good players to go with him.

Regardless of the whole 'will we get him' thing, the interesting comment was about the clause. Suarez is convinced they don't just have a verbal agreement but that its written in contract. Whereas Liverpool reckon its watertight. If I were a betting man, I'd guess Liverpool were probably a little smarter about it. But eventually they'll all end up looking like cunts. Which is funny. Got to be a CL qualified club with £40m plus to spend.
For me Madrid would be the only other probable contenders - would not put it past them to go for him along with Bale but it's unlikely.
