Now we have The Telegraph saying

Arsenal accept that there must now be a change in Liverpool’s stance for any deal to get done but they have taken some hope from Suárez’s continued refusal to publicly accept that he must remain at Liverpool.
A meeting has been held at Arsenal to discuss alternative options but the club are also still considering a final Suárez bid before the transfer window closes that, with add-ons, would amount to £49 million.

Ha.

I reckon there is one last last after the CL qualifiers are done then that is that, if he doesn't throw his toys out of the pram and kick up an almighty stink then liverpool will keep him and we will be the side that has strengthened the least of the top 6.

Think it should stay open until there's a public apology from Suarez (as requested by Brent Rodgers) or until the window closes, whichever comes first.
