Getting a Cazorla vibe from this
Thinking about it. I'd rather we signed Bernard and not bother shelling out on a striker.
Giroud will score plenty, and I'm not sure anyone out there is worth it unless we can get someone like Lewandowski
Erm Rooney, Suarez...?
Lack of height in the team is worrying though.

Word.
"BREAKING - Famous Brazil channel 'Band' says Bernard will be in London Thursday, 1 day after final, for medical, and would sign Friday. #AFC"
He'll be a nice addition because he's a very talented player. But, he won't improve us nearly as much as a top quality addition in the striker role will.
Adding Bernard to our list of talented attacking midfielders would make the team exciting. But we need a 30 goal a season striker more urgently.
Bet we won't sign him.
Probs not.
It'll be Ashley Williams n that's it
The next Denilson ?
eh..?

I don't know anything about this guy so not gonna get too excited, also I seem to recall reports coming out of Brazil before about us signing some player a few years back. Can't remember his name....
Ricky Alvarez? Those reports came from Argentina though.
Didn't Wenger find Gilberto while watching Brazilian football on TV super late at night?

Thought he spotted him at the world cup

Some comments from me re this vid:
1) This kid is a cross between Nasri circa 2008 pre Arsenal and Juninho circa 1996. 2 ) Ronaldinho has still got it. 3) I don't know why but partly due to the music and editing this clip has made me want to play football again!
Brazilian media are usually pretty good on transfers. I have no idea who any of the journalists are but generally they don't 'sell' players without a good bit of knowledge about the transfer.
Just wondering if these reports are coming off the back of the equipe story or not.
I don't think he'll join us
Lets just hope this not turn out to be another Higuain bs story.
