Jon Cotterill who is a Football commentator for TV Globo in Brazil says Bernard's agent is Giuliano Bertolucci. Bertolucci manages nearly all the Brazilians at Chelsea. That could possibly affect the deal.

To be honest, I know nothing about him apart from the fact he's a short-arse and was very closely linked to Dortmund about a month ago. Might YouTube him.

I think we need 3 signings through the spine so unless we get them in addition to Bernard i'm not overly keen on him. Looked good for Brazil in the summer but can't judge on that.

Wish he would be Gervinho replacement.

There is a real shortage of good wing player who really excite me, he does. Alot.

Ofcourse most likely is that he joins Porto and will cost someone like Real Madrid or Barca something like £35m+ in a couple of years.
