I don't really feel like having a moan about Wenger and the players. But I've had in my mind for a long time that we have been quietly building a team that has serious potential. The evidence against that keeps building. We have quite an experienced team who are probably not as good as I thought they were. I felt before we were just a world class striker away. I thought bringing in an established world class player like Ozil would give us confidence to compete against teams marginally better than us in big pressure situations. But it seems like we need massive investment. I won't comment on whether we need a new manager because we're not going to get one.
Wouldn't at all be surprised at beating Man City at home and getting a nice little run together now for 3rd place.
