I always had a bit of a soft spot for Adebayor, seems like an interesting character to me. I remember him saying he couldn't walk until he was like 12 and his mum took him to a village church or something and suddenly he began to sprint 😆

It's more mental than physical.

City will enter a downward spiral once Barca knock them off their perch.

They will basically have a similar season to us in 2010/2011, glorified version if you like.

No he wanted to go to Milan. Spent fucking months whoring himself to them but they weren't interested. Wenger said if you don't want to be here then you can go where ever they'll take you.

I don't think he was even in talks with Milan at any point. The agent who did all the talking that summer turned out to be a guy Milan hired as a 'consult' to engineer a transfer. Wasn't even connected to Adebayor, who was out of the country on vacation. Zero papers ran as much as a simple check against Fifa to see who his agent was which would have taken a shocking 2 minutes. Should tell you something about the standard of sport journalism.
