That's disgraceful but unfortunately unsurprising, there have been world cups held in countries with human rights abuses before but this is shaping up as the worst decision FIFA have ever made.
If anyone in football had any dignity and respect for human beings the WC in Qatar should be boycotted. I wish a player or manager would take a stance against this. I imagine Wenger would criticise it.
