Perez says United bid even more for Bale than Madrid.
Probably bullshit about the value of the bid, but true about it having been made.
Certainly some half truths in there. Like ignoring the fact that they basically got a government bail out when they were "losing money" and continue to get a helping hand even now.
Mancini in at Galatasaray for three years.

It's a hard life - off to Istanbul to live in luxury and coach one of the national establishments.
With Pellegrini not yet quite setting things on fire at City (thrashing United always a good start, though) it'll be interesting to see how the media starts to view the tenures of both.
Mancini did the bare minimum of anyone with unlimited funds and won the league. He had trouble adapting tactically to Premier League but he did make City champions. Anyone who comes after him will have to do the same or automatically be disqualified from any comparison.
You're probably looking at three months for Pellegrini to make his mark on the team, so it will be hard for them until after christmas, but the quality in their first eleven will see them through.
:o
That's insane π
Poor finishing...
I thought that was Gervinho for a second.
Wouldn't have gone as close as the bar.
SAF looks pretty rested in this interview with Charlie Rose...

Swansea conceded a penalty in their Europa League game. Saved by the keeper though, what was probably the most pathetic penalty I've ever seen.
That striker missed an absolute sitter as well.
Think Pires is actually the winner when it comes to the worst penalty ever. π
The one he fucked up for Henry against city?
Ibrahimovic on Rooney:
"If he did join, he would have to get used to the fact that Zlatan scores even better goals than him," Ibrahimovic added. "But I donβt just want to play with great players, I want to play with technically great players -- and that is what he is. "You can work on the technical side but it is not something you can be taught. You have it or you don't, and Rooney does."

π Praising himself relative to another player in the third person
I'm telling you, Zlatan is an asshole of the highest order.
Zlatan refers himself in the third person quite a lot
He really is a tool π
