Townsend is probably the greediest player in the league. And unfortunately in terms of quality, (old) Robben he ain't.

Spurs can't see beyond diving for penalties or freekicks as a way to scoring.

Are you saying Townsend's better than Chelsea's Robben? Definitely don't agree there, Robben was always an amazing dribbler.

No, I agree with you. I'm saying exactly that. I don't think Townsend will be able to justify his style/mindset for a whole season.

Spurs are all over Everton. They should be a goal up.

Vertonghen is one of the dirtiest players in the world.

Everton look rubbish, players afraid to play. Barkely's power and energy is greatly missed, not sure why Martinez left him out. Osman did well at Villa Park, but in these kind of matches you need a physical edge.

Chelsea battered Everton for most of the match too, and given Wenger's record at Goodison we should have no problems going there and winning.

Just as Chelsea were guaranteed three points after Newcastle played extra time mid week no doubt.

Spurs don't have enough goals in their squad to be title contenders. They'll get their usual 5th place finish.

spurs (and Liverpool) are not contending for anything but 4th spot and unless Moyes really screws up, they ain't getting that either
