We should not be so dismissive of them. They've got a world class striker in Suarez and 3 players with world class potential - Coutinho, Sterling and Sturridge.
If they keep Suarez and bring in Willian I can see them challenging for a CL spot. They only play once a week(no Europa league/CL), that's a huge advantage. The year Spurs got into the CL they had no other distraction, the league was their sole focus. .
