So much better than Szczesny that it isn't funny. He might actually move this summer too after a second season out in the cold. He's mostly played cup games for Real.

He's better than Lopez too. I fear that he will become first choice again. Lopez hasn't been as good as he was initially, while Casillas shines every time he steps onto the pitch.

I'm with Qs here. I have never been ok with calling Casillas world class; a goal keeper who is useless dominating his area will never fit that tag for me. He is still a brilliant shot stopper though, but the PL is probably the league he is the least suited for.

Even though Chesney has improved he needs to improve more, too many stupid mistakes in his game. Unless he can cut those out we need to replace him.

I've heard that before but I don't buy it. Why would Ancelotti play him in Champions League then, where teams actually cross the ball, but keep benching him in La Liga then where they don't? It would make much more sense to do the opposite.

I don't think high balls have ever been a big problem in Casillas game. It's a myth as far as I'm concerned. He's just benched because Diego Lopez is better. Lopez is a top class keeper and had been for years but got very little recognition for it until he moved back to Real.

Szczesny has improved massively since he broke through. I see no reason why he shouldn't be even better next season.
