Busquets is as good as they come. Who gives a shit what he's like as a person as long as he doesn't do anything illegal? I find the idea of having a team full of boy scouts like Kieran Gibbs and Theo Walcott a lot more objectionable.

Biggus, wanting a creep like Busquets is very reminiscent of when people wanted Rooney. And Rooney hasn't even been that good since. I wasn't on the Suarez bandwagor either but at least when people said it'd be worth it to become genuine contenders they had a point. Signing the likes of Rooney or Busquets could never be worth it.

Adebayor is one of the biggest idiots in the modern game. Had so much in his locker, but just chose to waste it all away by grabbing money by doing nothing, everywhere he has been.

Remember when the Togo team bus was shot up, and he did the interview in one of the Arsenal shirts (from a load of Arsenal gear he nicked following his move to Man City) which he turned inside out hoping it wouldn't be noticed? 😆

He's definitely a couple short of a six pack.

Debuchy, Rosicky, Arteta, Flamini, Gibbs and Campbell need to be replaced with proper footballers that can stay fit. Such a waste of squad places and wages.

Wilshere is also a crock, but he's so talented that we can afford to carry him. Jury is out for Welbeck, because he's usually pretty reliable fitness-wise.

I think all of them are going to be leaving come the end of the season, the question is how many replacement we need to bring in their place. An LB is a must with Monreal's age being taken into consideration, I think at RB we are sorted with Jenkinson coming back. Think our needs will then pretty much be the same as last summer, one midfielder and either one wide player or a striker, ideally both with Welbeck and Sanogo leaving. Maybe a CB.

By not doing any business last summer we've just made extra work for ourselves having to integrate more players in at the same time.

We needed another class midfielder when we already knew we were at least keeping both Rosicky and Arteta. Next summer we will release, hopefully, all three of Flamini, Arteta and Rosicky, and Cazorla will be pushing 32. We don't need one central midfielder next summer, but more like three.
