I think we all get sucked in to this transfer madness tbh. No reason at all why a good manager couldn't win the league with City's or Chelsea's squad as is. Loads of quality and depth in both. Chelsea have the best goalkeeper in Spain and Lukaku coming back from loans too. That's about £40 miilion worth of talent right there.
