But does Ferguson know Korean?

How does he communicate with Kagawa?

Does Kagawa know english?

I always wondered how managers get the message across to their players when there isn't a common language

Kagawa is Japanese.😆

And they use translators. I'm guessing Kagawa probably has German. Over time players learn their new nations language too. They've the best of tutors for that.

Kagawa should have come to us though, Wenger knows Japanese doesn;t he?

That was a genuine mistake on my part on Kagawa being Korean.

I imagine there would be translators but having brazilian, portugese, japanese and scouse translators on the training ground and around the ground would be expensive.

More managers should be multi-lingual like Wenger

He plays so differently than he did pre about 2008 or 2009. So much less spark and energy about his game now, it's been frustrating to watch for England. Don't know if United fans have cared as he's become more productive. But IMO he's become a worse player.
