I predict Torres will finallly come out of his shell with Drogba gone. They'll be dangerous but inconsistent. Not a title threat but definitely a good chance for third/fourth and will finish ahead of Liverpool and Spurs.

Liverpool are trying hard with Rodgers but it's all going to fall to pieces again once the sheen comes off his season.

I think they'll be very dangerous and win lots of matches but probably lose 6-10 as well. Not going to threaten for the title.

You need tons of luck to win the CL anyway. United had it in 1999 and 2008.

They got through in the end. That's the point. All teams that reach the knock outs are relatively hard to beat.

Arsenal don't do particularly well away in Portugal so we shouldn't be laughing.

It's been discussed to death in the CL thread, Chelsea were massively fortunate to win the thing. Let's not dig it up again, it's fucking depressing that Chelsea are European champions.

I disagree that a a low probability event becomes likely, if you throw a dice 100 times and get 6 100 times, the 101st time the probability you get another 6 is just the same as the 1st time, 1 in 6.
