Miike Dean is such a dickhead though. Technically that is a penalty, but if you're going to give that you'd have to give one 5 times a game. In a massive derby game, where there's so much at stake, there's no way he should be giving that. He's just a dumb ref lacking common sense and understanding of the game.
He's already given out 6 yellow cards for fuck sake.
