The thing with Vela though was that he seemed to have a signature move (the chip). When players have that, it signals a lack of versatility required to finish off different type of chances. Each one of Oxlade's goals have been of a different nature; a piledriver from 25 yards, a composed finish taking it around the 'keeper, sidestepping a defender and then firing near post.
