Yep. But why that is a reason to distort what clearly happened with the handshake, I don't know.

I can't see from the .gif but I don't think it is clear that Evra pulls his hand away, and Suarez certainly does not make any attempt to reach out. I don't care if players don't shake hands but it would have been a chance to put the whole incident behind them which is why the ownness was on Suarez whatever Evra did.
