I've always thought Mourinho was gutless but he's worked himself into a position where he doesn't have to take jobs that involve starting outside CL places and working up.

He'll point a trophies accrued as evidence of his being "special".

He doesn't have to work at Everton but if he's special he'll bring Everton a league title.

To be fair someone like Spurs is a good level for him but i wanted to avoid mentioning them and I don't want them anywhere near a trophy.

That's the stark truth of it.

Even worse when you know that we're never going to actually buy players who are at the same level as Cesc is now.
We're restricted to hoping that Wilshere and Chamberlain will reach that standard for us without deciding that their career and ambition would be best served elsewhere.
