Hamburg have conceded a high number of goals relative to teams around them in the league?
Not that he's automatically culpable of course.
The price being quoted for Mignolet was £15m which is laughable.

Hmm. I'd personally have a new goalkeeper a bit down the list on signings we need to make in order to better compete. I guess I rate Sneezey higher than most and have more faith in him to further improve. Having said that - Adler is indeed a very good goalkeeper.

I haven't seen him ever since he got injured. Neuer was so much better the time I compared both of them.

Is he better than Begovic and Mignolet?

I think we do need a keeper, there are still questions about Fabianski & something not right at all with Chesney. Mentally I don't think he is right and technically the weakness on long shots is a major weakness.

How well has he done at Hamburg? Was No.1 goalkeeper for Germany wasn't he until he got injured? I think Neuer took his place and just never looked back.

He's regarded as the best keeper in germany this season. Admittedly, Neuer spends most of the game playing head tennis with the substiutes, but still...

Good to hear he is back on the right track. Didn't he recently concede like 9 goals against Bayern? Can't be good for the confidence!

Right now for us better to buy a more experienced player rather another with good potential. Isn't Marc-André ter Stegen suppose to be the next big thing in Germany? Last I heard he was off to Barca!

Since we rolled them over, Bayern have scored 36 in 9 games (including two against Juve and one against Barca). 😆

Stegen is the big prospect but this season the other keeper who has got big plaudits is Kevin Trapp.

Yes, he is exactly the keeper we could have done with. If there is one problem with Adler from what I have seen, it is that he isn't amazingly quick from his line; everything else is perfect.
