Yeah, but they could sell Sanchez for 25m and use that to set off Suarez release clause, it will be cheaper than spending 56m and Suarez. Barca don't have to incentivise Liverpool, if there is this release clause.

Any release clause would be set at a very high level. It'd be a non-trivial fee for PSG, Madrid, Barcelona. Of course Liverpool have got a good position in negotiations. But on the other hand swap player deals are rare, and players don't join clubs they don't want to join. To their credit, Liverpool would be an attractive club to join for an attacking player right now.
