Would love us to sign him
Hell no.
I would take him.
Would take him.
Been crying out for a physical athletic CB for awhile.
He's a RB.
He is capable of playing at both positions. Didn't he had a great season under Eriksen at CB?
Yep. He is actually a very good centreback too
How long ago was that though. Even taking him at his best form in the middle, he would neither be the player nor character I'd be looking at coming in to improve our defence.
The idea of him is great - but isn't he permanently injured?
Think we'd be buying him as a right back

I definitely don't think he'd be coming as a cb even if the rumour were true, that comment was a reply to clrnc. Anyway, as good as he may have been, surely as y va pointed out there is too much doubt over his fitness.
Poor fitness, poor attitude. Pass.

Yeah this is the problem. I really like him as a player, athletic, strong and experienced now. I just can't wish for players who have these injury problems any more. You know they'll just get worse when they get here.
no thanks. would've liked to have got him pre-sheik though.
I'd take him, we need more physicality.
I'd be in - let him and Jenko compete for the RB spot next year.
On his day he's quality
Sign another injury prone player?
Yes, let's keep betting on Jenkinson instead who, in addition to not being good enough, has spent half his Arsenal career injured already.
He had a couple growing pains, he's now our talisman of win.
That said, the issue isn't signing a right back, it's signing an injury prone one.
Rangel signed an extension recently
