Eintracht Frankfurt midfielder Sebastian Rode has today claimed that Arsenal are interested in obtaining his services. As reported by a number of German outlets and then picked up by the Italians, Rode said I am aware of this interest, but keep my feet in the ground without thinking about dreaming. With the club we decided to talk about these issues at the end of the season. I’m not going to claim to know much about the player but this is what I have managed to find out: Rode is under contract until 2014 meaning that he will enter in to the last year of his contract in the summer. He signed for the Bundesliga club in 2010 He is a 22 year old defensive midfielder. He has made 21 appearances in the Bundesliga this season and has one assist.
