Will we sign david villa? hope so, though what we really need is a defender. lb, rb, cb. doesn't really matter. sagna, mertesacker, santos etc they're all shit.

other than that i think qpr will go crazy and that everton will try to bring in a decent midfielder or striker.

i think we'll chance our arm for villa again. that orstein chap from the bbc reckons we're still in for villa, but we have some fall back options.

We ain't gonna sign anyone, then Wenger will come out and say we were in for 5 players but couldn't agree deals, how the squad have great character and we will find solutions internally.

We are short on quality not in quantity at the back. We need a top class defender who will improve our first 11, not another substandard player to fill in the numbers. With that said I don't think there are many solutions at the moment, we probably should have gone in for Yanga-Mbiwa.
