I don't know - in the film there's basically only one CIA agent who's depicted as anything less than a dedicated professional (the feet up guy).
The rest, including the torturer-turned-desk-jockey to whom she's apprenticed, might be wrong-headed (since only Chastain gets the mission from God to take down "UBL") but they're almost obscenely virtuous.
I agree though it's like watching the life of a saint the way Chastain is depicted. She's shown as a beautiful, fragile but strong, sexless, supremely self-sacrificing apostle of the USA and it's a bit vomitous to be honest.
