If we happen to pass Bayern, this could be basically Juve and Bartha remaining, +one of Utd and Real. There will still be enough weak teams as some were drawn together.

Interestingly the below was the draw at the rehearsal posted online before the live draw which proves what we all know that the draw is already made before the "live" event. I saw this online about half an hour before the draw started.

Anyway I was watching a stream with Spanish commentary talking over the presenters. Did they explain why Barcelona was the only option for Milan? Why couldn't they have got United or PSG who were still yet to be drawn?

It was the only option.

Milan and Malaga were in the same group so couldn't face each other. And Barcelona could not be drawn with Real or Valencia (same country).

From the options left, it had to be Milan-Barca.
