Long may this slump that Man U are in continue! However, it won't last long. They simply have too much money. They splashed £150m in transfer fees over the summer, and they can easily do the same in the coming transfer windows. Soon enough van Gaal will realize he needs to pick up a few class defenders and class midfielders who excel in their defensive work. Once that happens they will, unfortunately, be right back up there. Hopefully this season will leave them out of the CL for next season too to complicate matters a bit for them, but a shit Man U won't last long.
