Quite true this year but I think RVP is the better player and think Kagawa's Dortmund level can match Rooney's.

I think the real risk with Rooney is that everyone knows he is a monster when he is motivated but eventually I see him wanting out of this side. His body also already looks like breaking down. I think his peak value is this summer, I think Utd would be best suited trying to recoup that money now

Don't think they'll have much say in it. Rooney will try to leave again in the summer and RVP surely won't stick around for long under Moyes. If they finish out the top 4 it's hard to see them challenging for the title in the near future. Would be like us post invincibles without Wenger or Cesc...

RVP is going to be the one that stays, Rooney will go. RVP has got a massive contract and he's into his 30s. Can't see any other club paying him what he earns at United on top of a transfer fee. Rooney's only got a year left, he'll go if he wants.

Word on the streets in Manchester from the supposed real life itks with club contacts is the rvp doesnt want to play under moyes apparently his injury isn't bad like it's been made out. I didn't believe it until they didn't give a return date for a muscle tear which is very strange.

Apparently rvp doesn't want to train to fatigue only play til fatigur and moyes is running him into the ground between games he was unhappy and blames the injury on it.

It's not strange in the slightest, especially when you consider how often it happened with us.

I can certainly imagine van Persie being unhappy but both he and Moyes will be desperate to have him out on that pitch.

Don't get mad at me cos your well gel you don't have an ear to the streets. It's a different training philosophy under moyes. Rvp had found a level of training he could handle which was resting a good bit between games like king. Apparently moyes does intense training between games which rvp had complained about thinking he needs more recovery. He was made train with the rest and broke down like he predicted. Rvp is apparently very unhappy about it.

Very much unlike what we do with giroud were we limited his training so he wouldn't get injured as much. But he's naturally a snail so he's slowed down from preseason training.

De gea is planning on going back to Spain as soon as barca or real need him. There gk coach admitted as much so I can't see them letting kindergarten go unless moyes has an awesome signing like mannone lined up.

Barca is getting Ter Stegen, not De Gea.

As long as United stay in the top 4 I can't see De Gea leaving.
