They are pretty nice, but ...
"Select" and "Start" buttons not being in the middle like for ... past 20 years of controllers i've had is a little bit annoying because you always try to press them and instead press on the new touch pad thingy. New "Share" and "Options" buttons are quite small and very "hidden" inside the controller.
Also R2/L2 have quite sharp edges so can feel painful and R1/L1 are again a little bit too inside so they dont feel very responsive.
Also the battery doesnt last very long. Certainly atleast 50% less lifetime on full charge than PS3 controller.
