I started FUT because I was getting fed up with seasons. I was exclusively playing seasons on 12 and 13, and was decent. On 13 I went between division 1 and 2 regularly in the end. Started seasons on 14 as well, but feel it is a chore getting up the divisions. Also, I want to play as Arsenal, but I struggle with Cazorla and Özil, which kind of dampens the fun. Figured I could try FUT, build a team with an Arsenal core, then have a few players in there who better suit my game.

I haven't bought FIFA 14, but I have a team and everything. It's because I'm a returning player, I can manage my FIFA 14 team via the web app without actually having bought the game, I also got a load of free packs and stuff.

Put a player up for sale whenever you're ready, do it for a minimum of 12h just in case I can't get around to bidding on him for a while (I have a few classes later on).

Trying to pick up Baines, and probably Lukaku too. Osvaldo was a mistake. Screws team chemistry completely. 🙁

I play 4-4-2. Can't really play with one striker! That always gives me problems too with Arsenal; I like speed down the flanks for crosses and cutbacks, and we have Özil and Cazorla. Something has to give, so I moved away from 4-4-2, already on FIFA 13 to get Santi closer to goal, and played some sort of 4-4-2 with a diamond shaped midfield. Was a compromise, but I lost a lot on my wing play. On FUT I can go back to my preferred line-up, still have a core of Arsenal players, and play a game that I am comfy with. All smiles. 🙂

You mean Man City Fernandinho? Sounds pricey. Saw you could pick up Dzeko though at a decent price! Honestly, I quite like Welbeck. He is pacey, but he is also good on crosses. I absolutely love that combo, but will always opt for pace over heading ability. My one problem now, is that Walcott doesn't want to play as a striker. As if! Means his chemistry sort of stinks the place up.
