Bring Back Kerrea Gilbert I rented (yep, from Blockbuster) LMA Manager '99 like five times as a kid 😆
I remember when you start the game you could choose from a huge array of world class players inexplicably available on a free transfer, and the choice would be different each time.
Think the first one I played was LMA Manager 2003 or maybe 2004. The UI was great, it was much more friendly to casuals like me than CM/FM. Watching the matches (actual matches by the way rather than a formation screen with the ball moving side to side) was also great.
I played FM for a couple years but it was so much more time consuming than I'd have like compared to LMA Manager when you and your brother/cousin/friend could pick it up, finish a season in one night, and continue another one the next weekend. Unfortunatly they stopped around 2007ish, though every 4 or 5 years I check in hoping maybe, just maybe, they came back.
Kind of similar to how I look every once in a while to see if they'd brought back Syphon Filter from the PS1/PS2 days haha.
