We were so much better because we actually moved off the ball and were able to hold the ball for more than 5 seconds in midfield when needed. There was good enough tenacity in midfield to win the 50/50s. Impressive players today: wilshere, sagna, Gibbs, gerv (haters) and TV was solid actually. No one was bad I think

Glimpses of what we are capable of today.
Much improved all around, positives and areas to build on.
We actually created some chances, but for poor finishing we'd have scored more.
WBA helped us by not bothering to attack so our defence had a quiet day.
For the hundredth time today I'll say that it was a pleasure to watch Jack finding his way into form and being such a big influence.
We're back up to sixth 🙂

Great to see the team play again, that was good football mainly in the second.

Great to have Jack back. The single most important factor we needed, and I think it showed today.

Having Art back just as pleasing.

Good signs from Gerv and Ox too - this looked questinable before the game. And so -
good to see wenger doing something right again.

In general, been a while since I enjoyed to watch us play. Nice.

So we're up to sixth, two points behind 4th placed Tottenham who are away to Everton next. Amazing what 3 points can do.

Hopefully, we'll add a top forward and a good midfielder in January, so we won't have to rely so heavily on Arteta and Theo.

Absolutely. Although, worryingly , Giroud was not at the end of any chances we created.

We will do much better this season if we continue with this lineup. I am pleased with the performance.

Gervinho is far from the best player but he is actually our best wide forward. Has a better understanding of the position than anyone else.

I know what that wanker means, Gervinho stays in the game more than Walcott, Podolski or AOC. He's just really bad on the ball.

Gervinho knows how to stretch a defence even though he screws up. None of the others do.
