I had a look at RAWK and they're actually giving Benitez credit for the win today since Hodgson used Rafa's tactics and Kyrgiakos was one of his buys. You couldn't make this stuff up.
Hodgson took the job so he'll have to deal with it, but I doubt many managers would do a better job with that squad. Especially after losing Mascherano. Things will get a lot worse at Liverpool before they get better again after years of mismanagement from Benitez.
