The old lady taught them a lesson today, great resilient defending and they always looked dangerous on the counter (less so second half but very much so first half).
Commentators making it out like some injustice was done, Celtic barely creating anything and seemed more determined to score by brute force than any good attacking play.
Thats because Celtic is lacking in alot of quality. In their whole squad probably nobody would make it into Juventus squad, maybe only Ezaguire and Wanyama. It was abit like a championship side trying to create something. They were hardly going to pass it around and break through the mighty Juve defence, so that had to keep hoofing it, which is not exactly Hooper's strong point. What kept them going was the immense support from the crowd. Every european night at celtic park is so special, we will never see that kind of atmosphere in Emirates. The closest best atmosphere in Emirates I can remember would be before the start of the semi final against United and the Arshavin goal.
I always find it absurd Celtic have their own exclusive commentators. Its always this 2 no matter its SPL, UCL or even Scottish Cups. Tbf to them though they know absolutely everything about Celtic and Scottish football. I still remember how these 2 celebrated at the final whistle against Barca.
