He is a great tactician but his man management skills do leave a lot to be desired. Also his mentality of blaming everyone for what is wrong and never taking any blame himself however taking all the credit when they do well!
I remember him moaning when we got Walcott and saying we are able to spend more than them, again just blaming the owners for not giving him enough money and he wasted millions at that club. A couple good league positions, his CL win like Chelsea's was a fluke but he did bring in some good players like Torres, Mascherano and Alonso but so much rubbish as well!
