I don't know but it's annoying me - got Lescott in my fantasy side.

Match has been great quality so far.

God we have got to beat Liverpool next week.

Lucas will probably be out, Agger is still banned, Carragher will be playing.

So this three at the back thing is here for keeps?

Wouldn't think it'll be the first choice, there's not room for Silva and Nasri in this team. Maybe just for the big games - he wants something different in the Champions League this season?

Don't think Mancini is desperate to fit Silva and Nasri into one team, he's got so many fantastic players to choose from either way!

Watching Liverpool play is no fun without Andy Carroll.

Great game so far.

Anyone else think Reina's looked dodgy for a year or two now?

Longer than that. That beach ball ruined his career.

Great goal liverpool

I think the way City react to this will be telling of how they will do this year.

That Raheem Sterling lad is brilliant. Ricky is right about him. Missed a trick not signing him

Nasri's been invisible since the first 15 minutes.

Allen has been class.

Liverpool should play a midfield of Sahin, Lucas and Allen.

From the BBC:

Colin Williamson on Twitter: "One half of football. One goal. One vowel. Skrtel."

😆 😆

Allen attempted and completed all his 24 passes. A lot of them forward passes as well. He does look good it has to be said. Over the next couple of seasons most people will forget about the fee he signed for.

Football fans really do blow in the wind.

Looks like that Liverpool 3-0 loss to WBA is all but forgotten now.

They may be playing well here but they will finish nowhere near us.

You can also say the 3-0 is abit of a blip.

Allen really is looking quite brilliant. Very underrated. Think he is their Busquets

Allen's been nothing special at all in this game.

King Kolo has rolled back the years. Sterling, as impressive as he's been for a 17 year old, hasn't got the better of him once.

Still, watching Sterling makes me think of Gnabry. A mile away from ready, of course, but so talented and exciting. Hoping he gets a chance or two himself this season.
