ok? the point of this thread isnt to objectively measure every team in the league. i think what swansea has been able to do over the last few years with two different managers, on their tiny budget, is nothing short of remarkable. to me, that's more interesting than whether chelsea is operating at 95% or 80% efficiency. i mean, benitez is managing them, ffs.
