Pure man crush bro!

I am surprised with no permanent deal.

But it says first option. So fingers crossed he feels at home here and loves Wenger.

loves Arsenal!

What the fuck is wrong with you guys sometimes?

Best player brought in so far in this transfer window. Top, top signing. ยฃ2M loan fee with no permanent deal agreed - although I have a sneaky feeling he wont be returning to Madrid next season.

Different players. Sahin is more creative and has a better final ball. Cazorla is a better dribbler and more two-footed.

Would definitely move Cazorla to the front line if/when Nuri comes in.

If Madrid seal the Modric signing and secure Alonso on a long term deal then we'll have a very good chance of making this permanent next season.

What I meant with feels at home here means loving Arsenal mate.

This signing is everybit as good as Cazorla if not better. Shame its not a permanent deal though. Heard that Manutd wanted him permanently but Madrid insisted on a buyback clause so they pulled out.

I think our midfield with mvila and Sahin will be the best in the prem, manu have the worst midfield in the top 4.

What a signing for Liverpool, Nuri Sahin on loan. Arsenal losing out shows why cups and ambitions matter to players. Liverpool look strong.

Tosser. This is a bloke that turned down Man Utd to go to Blackburn. Trophies Alan?

Lineker, Hansen and Shearer make MOTD pretty unbearable.
BBC need to do a clear out.

Was not following stuff today , so just saw this. Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. I'm so happy - it is now for me, finally, a proper start, preparation, and transfer activity. With this I seriously don't give a shit that A lex left (though, no, they're not at all the same).

I hope he's played in the holding role for the most part, and when we need to strengthen the defensive part I'm sure him and Art playing behind Caz could be brilliant. I'm impressed with his will to get in the tackle, his sliding interceptions are calculated, accurate, brave and far from lazy. If deployed thus, we might just find he's doing a better job than Song even in the defensive aspect. About other aspects no need to even discuss.

I think it'll be wise (unless we have someone in an advanced stage of negotiations) to just have Coq as Sagna's understudy. I know it's not a popular view, but with this signing I see even less reason why to insist with him in midfield, while we're seriously suffering at RB. And that leaves just one more thing I want - another serious signing in attack. Our mid has just turned from the weakest ling to the strongest - one of the best in the league (provided the boy get's back to the game, as our No. 10).

I'm not sure if I used the word "brilliant" yet. Brilliant.

Glad we've picked him up. Summer's happy again!

He better fucking do well now though, given about ten of you have claimed he's light years ahead of Song, a Sahin-Arteta combination will have perfect balance, etc.

As a Song replacement I think it's a failure, but he's a brilliant player in his own right.

Yes, a replacement only in the sense he'll play in the space left behind where Song was sold.

I am very glad, though, that our signings this summer have been for the first XI. That's all I hope for really - players who will play and thereby have a chance of making a difference.

sahin's a good player, hope we have purchase option or first refusal on him.
