Arseblog spins a different tale.
I don't speak french.
This is what he says. The initial question is not there, but it seems to be whether he would leave Arsenal, or go elsewhere. It's clear from the way he's answering questions that he means he would leave eventually if the club did not show ambition, but does not seem to suggest he wants to leave right away.

“Well, yes, I feel good at Arsenal. If we give ourselves the means to compete with the other big clubs, then obviously I want to continue the adventure. If it is to be in a struggle like we were this year, it’s difficult psychologically, because we are always under pressure. For a club like Arsenal to miss the Champions League is catastrophic. Then, we also have to see if anyone else is interested, I would not go just anywhere. I don’t know, maybe I would like to see another league (seems hesitant, asked about Paris). I don’t know, I haven’t had any contacts from them.
Q: Is it frustrating to go every year without winning the title
Of course it’s hard. We’re competitors, we want to lift trophies. All professionals want that, have titles and trophies. I hope the clubs will take steps for that. If not, well I’ll guess I’ll look elsewhere. “
