1 million!! I have not seen Bartley play that much but after reading some of the posters here, I thought he was a good defender. 1 million seems too low.
don't focus too much on the initial fee. you can't price him too high or a team like swansea (who should give him a lot of playing time and actually develop him) won't be able to afford him. and ultimately you want a big sell-on clause, the bigger the fee the smaller (or non-existent) the sell-on clause.
