Yep. The idea that Wenger protects young players is nonsense. Throwing a lad in like that after only a couple of games in midfield this season is just insane. Wenger doesn't know his own squad, if Coq was the man for the job in there why is it only now in this massive game he gets a chance there?

In fairness, Coquelin's played a couple of big games this season, including Spurs and United. He would have featured even more had he not been injured for most of the last two-three months.
