van Persie sold to Man United
Was brilliant the way he managed to cross for himself to head the first.

Yeah and make a double save from the peno.
Rosicky with a drink!
Apparently listening to heavy metal.
Great taste he has Rosicky! Apparently a big fan of Metallica. Rock on!
Im 31 now and my physical decline has just started. Still got the looks, infact they're getter better with age, but my speed is on the wane and after runs my knees throb for the rest of the day.
You need to get a bike, Dules, lower impact.
Can't be bothered riding a bike. Best way to stay fit is by running/sprinting. Not much bets the feeling of outsprinting another man on the footy pitch
Variation in exercise will enable you to do your running/sprinting for longer...

You're dead right right Dules, my physical decline started at exactly 31, I had a number of footy related injuries that year and that was the beginning of the end.
My mental decline started at 41.
Now I just hang out with you guys.

Get a really good pair of running trainers. I bought some Adidas ones last week, they've changed my life.
But yeah, it gets harder past 30. Definitely.
RTC, that reminds me that I need to go to a professional fitter for trainers. Got a blister on my arch from training over the weekend and think that I need to get a better fit on my sneakers. Sucks that I have to drive/fly to South Africa to do it. Who knows, maybe I'll see Ron Burgundy there.

Where are you coming from?

"I'm enjoying my football, but I'm not satisfied that easily,” Van Persie says in the April 2012 issue of FourFourTwo magazine, out now.
"I never expected to score 48 goals in one year, like I did in 2011. Never in my life would I have thought that.
"But now I've done it I want to score more than 48 because I know it's possible. More!"
Van Persie has transformed himself from a precocious but injury-prone player to an undisputed world-class talent in a little over 12 months, becoming a key figure for both club and country. Awarded the captain's armband at Emirates Stadium after former skipper Cesc Fabregas' departure to Barcelona last summer, Arsenal's star striker admits he was affected by the Catalan-born midfielder's exit.
"When Cesc left, I was really upset. Since he's gone we do miss a world-class player. There are only five or six players like him in the world.
"I understood he was going home, so no hard feelings - but a big blow. And Nasri was the same."
It really would be the worst and most devastating feeling to lose him. Much much worse than Fabregas. For years we always knew Fabregas was eventually going back to Barcelona, and while it cause a lot a of anger in the way it happened, by the time it was all over I was glad to see the back of him and hope I never have to hear of him again.
But with Van Persie it would be much different. This is a guy who is Arsenal through and through. Grew up a fan dreaming to play for us. We went through all those years, season after season of him being injured for at least half a season, often much longer, and finally he has 1 season where he doesn't get injured and is the by far the best player in the league and not too far off even the best player in the world. Would be extremely hard to pick ourselves up from losing this guy. He simply has to be kept.
Mancini's at it again, with Robin this time:
Dont see him joining city or anywere in England for that matter..
