Is there? Maybe we should monitor whoever else it is Newcastle have their eye on and gazump them. They've hit a rich vein in recent transfer windows.
Isn't that what they did to us??? Going round in circles, surely....
Did they? Don't really remember. Was it Cabaye?
Noice

Finally a link to Jovetic 🙂. Don't particularly care that there's no real source for this, it's the kind of direction we should be heading and quickly too.
Arsenal’s scouting team will hold a meeting at the club’s London Colney HQ at the start of next week to discuss the prospect of replacing wantaway skipper Robin van Persie. Big uzzy making the right noises too.
Theo is gone. We've not yet approached about a new deal according to that. Such a shambles
Ah, didn't realise you'd posted exactly the same link. Think Theo is gone. I know you guys aren't getting wound up by all of this but I'm finding it all a bit crushing. Players that I thought were decent enough characters turning out to be complete assholes.
I want Jovetic so badly.
In fact, I'm starting a thread. Screw the weak link. I'm going to pretend that we're signing him for the rest of the summer.

Best not to let it get to you y.
I think if we start poorly then things will have to happen in y. Kroenke gonna feel some Russian heat

He had a good tournament and while i have zero belief that he can come back and replicate the same form week in week out, i do think he can be very useful if we shift to a 4-4-2. In my opinion our best option to play behind the main striker as things stand - he is the only forward with a final ball. It will be very annoying to see Chamakh in an Arsenal shirt again though.

Good point. Actually playing Arshavin in the hole with 2 DM behind him might be quite useful as well.
If that happens I'm off into hibernation for the season.
We aren't playing Arshavin anywhere, ever again. :gah:
He's gone. Good thing too.
If we end up with Arshavin this season I'll be furious.
😆
Doesn't really matter who comes or goes, Wenger will be still here.

The google translation of some of the comments on that page suggest many fans are willing to pay for his ticket and personally take him to London.

The perfect Arsenal signing then.
We've been linked to him a few times before so i think it's just another stupid rumour
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger was this week quoted as saying Fiorentina had made an offer for the 28-year-old but Viola sporting director Daniele Prade dismissed that claim and cited the player's wages as one reason they would not be pursuing a deal. Prade told SportItalia: "Have we made an offer for Chamakh? We have not made one because he earns three million euros (per season)."
